The 50m² apartment is located on the first floor of a very quiet residential complex. Elegantly furnished and welcoming, it features a kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee machine (including a moka pot). The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and a 50" TV. A terrace equipped with sunshades is perfect for aperitifs or relaxing with a book. The master bedroom also includes a single bed (with an additional single bed available upon request), a spacious wardrobe, a TV, and a small balcony. The bathroom is equipped with all essential amenities, including a washing machine.
During the summer season, the apartment offers access to the outdoor in-ground pool and the adjoining children's pool.
